The Monegasques snatched a draw, coming back from 0:2
Dinamo Zagreb tied with Monaco in a home match Champions League 2024/25 – 2:2.
The Croatian club managed to open the scoring just before the break, Petar Sučić scored. In the second half, Martin Baturina, who had earlier provided an assist, increased the hosts’ advantage.
The visitors reduced the gap thanks to a goal from Mohamed Salisu. And towards the end of the meeting, Denis Zakaria converted a penalty and brought the Monegasques a draw.
Dinamo Zagreb gained one point and is in 28th place in the Champions League. Monaco is 14th in the playoff zone with four points.
In the third round, the Zagreb club will play away against RB Salzburg on October 23. Monaco will host Red Star Belgrade on October 22.
