The president of the All-Russian Swimming Federation (ARSF), Vladimir Salnikov, announced to on Tuesday his intention to create a united federation. It is planned that the new united federation will include the FSM, the Russian Synchronized Swimming Federation, the Russian Diving Federation and the FVPR.
“Members of the presidium voted unanimously on the issue of joining the united federation,” the press service told .
