The president of the All-Russian Swimming Federation (RSF), Vladimir Salnikov, announced to on Tuesday his intention to create a united federation. The new united federation will include the FSM, FSPR, Russian Diving Federation and Russian Water Polo Federation.
FSPR President Olga Brusnikina will speak as a delegate at the reporting and election conference on October 31. Earlier, she said she intended to run for the board of directors of the new united federation.
