Havertz will not play in October’s Nations League matches due to knee problems

To replace Kai, Nagelsmann called up a debutant – Burkardt from Mainz

Attack Arsenal And Germany national team Kai Havertz will be forced to miss the upcoming matches of the national team in Nations League 2024/25 due to knee problems.

Head coach of Bundestim Julian Nagelsmann promptly made a replacement in the composition. The 24-year-old Mainz forward received his debut call-up to the national team Jonathan Burkardtwho scored six goals in seven matches for the club at the start of the season.

Havertz has also made a strong start to the club season with six goals and one assist in ten matches. In addition, in September, Kai scored one of the goals against Hungary (5:0) in the first round of the Nations League.
