Academy figure skaters Angela Plushenko held kickboxing training with three-time world champion Alexander Lipov. On this subject Yevgeny Plushenko posted on a social media page.
– We train Alexander Lipovoy, three-time world champion, with our athletes. And the good news is that the school of martial arts of Alexander Lipovoy will open its doors to the angels of Plushenko in September,” wrote Plushenko.
Double Olympic champion Plushenko announced the opening of the Angela Plushenko Academy in April 2017. It employs around 70 athletes.
Plushenko is a double Olympic champion, double Olympic silver medalist, triple world champion, seven times European champion.
