The podcast about technological phenomena, people, companies and startups from the industry “Closed the Round” is preparing a new 5th season. The start of the new season is in October 2024.
In previous years “Closed the Round” transformed from an audio format into a full-fledged visual product on YouTube, where more than 50 videos have already been released, and more than 200 episodes in total, including one special episode about the life of the IT industry in Kharkov: before the full-scale invasion, this city was one of the largest IT centers of the country.
And in 2023, among the guests of the podcast was the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mikhail Fedorov, who spoke about the new functions of Dii, the development of cyber troops and his own secrets of productivity.

The plans for the new episode include conversations with Ukrainian entrepreneurs, stories about the largest and most interesting technology companies and startups in the world, as well as attempts to show digitalization in industries where we traditionally do not notice them.
“In the fourth season we looked at the music industry and the restaurant business from a technological point of view, and for the fifth we have even more ideas“says Anton Poleskov, co-author of the podcast.
“We have a huge list of guests who have already been invited to filming to talk about cool Ukrainian companies and startups. Traditionally, the review of industry news will remain, since we have positive feedback from our viewers and listeners on this format: quickly about the most important thing in the world. And if everything goes well, and we are working hard on this, there will be another surprise. Our traditional toxic vibe will not disappear anywhere, Anton and I quarreled four times while we were preparing ideas for the new season, so everything will be as always!”, shares Ilya Kabachinsky, co-author of the podcast.
The team is also approaching the new season with second place at the MEGOGO Slushnno award in the “Podcast about science and technology” category.
The permanent partner of the podcast is a Ukrainian IT company FAVBET Techspecializing in developing innovative solutions for the entertainment industry. Since 2022, he has been an active participant and partner of IT Ukraine Association events. After the start of a full-scale invasion, the company supports the military initiatives of the Ministry of Digital Development. FAVBET Tech also entered the top five largest taxpayers among Diya.City residents.
