Russian swimming champion Ivan Kozhakin received neutral status from World Aquatics to participate in international competitions.
Kozhakin previously told that his goal was to compete at the World Championships in Singapore in 2025.
“I received a confirmation letter (about being assigned neutral status),” Kozhakin told .
The FINA World Aquatics Championships will be held in Singapore from July 11 to August 3, 2025.
