Ukrainian Starikova won silver at the 2022 European Multisport Championship

Ukrainian successfully competed in the time trial

Ukrainian cyclist Elena Starikova won silver on European Multisport Championship 2022. The athlete obeyed the second place in the round (time trial).

Starikova took second place with a score of 33.043 s. The gold of the continental championship was won by the representative of Germany Emma Hinze (32.668 s). Bronze at the Italian Miriam Veche (33.434 s).

26-year-old Starikova is the 2020 Olympic silver medalist in the sprint and the 2020 European champion in the keirin. In addition, in December last year, Elena finished fifth in the overall standings of the Sprint League.

The 2022 European Multisport Championship takes place from 11 to 21 August in Munich. In total, Ukraine has already obtained four sets of awards in Germany.

Roman Polyansky won silver in para rowing (singles). In the same sport, Anna Sheremet won bronze. Ekaterina Dudchenko, Natalia Dovgodko, Daria Verkhoglyad and Evgenia Dovgodko took bronze in the quad rowing competition.
