In the final, the Ukrainians prevailed over Inigo Cervantes and David Pichler
Ukrainian tennis players Alexey Krutykh And Vitaly Sachko won the tournament ATP Challenger Tour 125 V Olbia in doubles, beating the Spanish-Austrian duo in the final Inigo Cervantes And David Pichler.
The match lasted 1 hour and 21 minutes. The first set was left to Cervantes and Pichler – a single break was enough for them to win with a score of 6:4.
Krutykh and Sachko made the right conclusions, playing much sharper in the second game. They confidently held their serve, but at the same time played well on the return, breaking twice. As a result, the victory in the set was 6:1.
The super tiebreak brought victory to the Ukrainian duo – they made four mini-breaks against their opponents’ two, deservedly winning 10:5.
For Krutykh, this is already the second tournament won in doubles this month – in tandem with the Greek Dimitris Sakellaridis, he won the ITF M25 tournament in Santa Margherita di Pula. Sachko, in turn, won the ATP Challenger tournament in Tulln (Austria) in September, paired with Slovakian Milos Karol.
