Davis and Smolkin finished fourth at Skate America in ice dancing

Represent Georgia Diane Davis And Gleb Smolkin took fourth place in ice dancing at the Skate America Grand Prix figure skating series in Allen (USA).

In total, figure skaters who have previously competed for Russia scored 187.05 points in rhythm dance and free dance. The gold medal of the competition was won by the British duo Laila Fir/Lewis Gibson (206.38). Americans Madison Chock and Evan Bates won silver (205.63), bronze – Spaniards Olivia Smart and Tim Dick (189.44).

Another former Russian figure skater, Annabel Morozov, who now represents the United States, in a duet with Jeffrey Chen, obtained the ninth result (166.73).

Davis is the daughter of honored figure skating coach of Russia Eteri Tutberidze, Morozov is the daughter of coach and choreographer Nikolai Morozov.

The second stage of the Grand Prix will be held in Halifax, Canada, from October 25 to 27.
