Having beaten Norwid in three sets, the Lviv team left last place
Barkom-Kazany won their first victory in Polish Championship for volleyball season 2024/25. The Ukrainian team beat in three sets Norwid from Częstochowa.
In the first set, the Lviv team immediately took the lead, established a small lead and managed to maintain the handicap until the end – 25:22. The second game was an absolutely equal fight. The home team was constantly catching up, but in the end they themselves took the lead several times. And yet, Barkom-Kazhany tipped the scales in their favor – 31:29.
The third set was also not easy for the Ukrainian team, but they were still able to establish a slight advantage in the score and successfully defend it – 25:21.
The first victory of the season allowed Barkom-Kazhany to rise from the last, 16th place to 14th position in the standings.
