Paris Saint-Germain is going to extend the contract with the left back Nuno Mendes. The club is working on a new agreement until the summer of 2029.
The Portuguese talent is 21 years old. He has been playing for the Parisian club for the fourth season. At first he played on loan, and the summer before last the Parisians bought his contract from Sporting Lisbon. The amount of compensation was about 40 million euros. The current contract with the fullback runs until the end of the 2025/26 season.
This season, Mendes has not been playing very consistently for the club, but he has been productive – six matches, one goal, two assists.
