Russian synchronized team Svetlana Kolesnichenko and Varvara Subbotine won duet competitions at the Spartakiad in summer sports among the strongest athletes.
In the free program, they scored 99.0333 points. Daria Ogorodnikova and Polina Lartseva from the Russian junior team finished second (95.1000). The third were the representatives of the Moscow region Maria Kozlova and Svetlana Khodyreva (92.7333).
In the final protocol, the Kolesnichenko-Subbotin duo had 196.4229 points. Ogorodnikova and Lartseva (188.6309) are second, Kozlova and Khodyreva are third (183.0469).
The competitions were held according to the program of the Olympic Games. The medalists were determined by the sum of the technical and free routines.
Spartakiad competitions are held simultaneously in 12 regions of Russia, more than 9,000 of the strongest Russian athletes will take part in them. The Spartakiad will end on October 2.
