The Mancunians visited Ji Sung Park and took part in a charity match.

South Korean fans received a gift in the form of an unusual charity match, in which world football legends took part. Attacking players are on one team, and defensive players are on the other team.

The defenders team, dubbed FC Shield, featured Rio Ferdinand, Carles Puyol, Nemanja Vidic, Andrea Pirlo, Javier Mascherano, Clarence Seedorf, Leonardo Bonucci, Edwin van der Sar, Ricardo Carvalho, Jon Arne Riese, Adilson and Yaya Toure

The opposing team, FC Kopje, had Kaká, Andriy Shevchenko, Didier Drogba, Eden Hazard, Dimitar Berbatov, Carlos Tevez, Luis Figo, Michael Owen, Marouane Fellaini, Alessandro Del Piero, Diego Forlán and Rivaldo, with Thierry as a player -coach Henri.

So, one team can boast defenders in attack, and the other – forwards in defense. Interestingly, the Shield team won the match with a score of 4:1.

And the legends of Manchester United, in addition to football, decided to fully experience the culture of South Korea.

Vidic, Ferdinand, van der Sar and Berbatov, accompanied by Ji Sung Park, who also played in the match, dressed in traditional South Korean clothing and walked the streets of Seoul.

Ferdinand decided to joke about this topic, signing the photo: “When G took me shopping in Seoul, PS Evra, we got one of these too.”

We remind you that before this charity fight in South Korea, UAF President Andrei Shevchenko met with his former teammate.
