eSports organization Monte played the opening matches in Group B of the tournament ESL Challenger Katowice 2024 By Counter-Strike 2.
Today Monte played against two Brazilian teams. At first, the Ukrainian organization conceded paiN Gaming (Vertigo – 9:13), and then MIBR won in the elimination match (Mirage – 13:2, Anubis – 19:17).
On Saturday, October 26, Monte will play with another team from Brazil – Legacy. The winner of the meeting will advance to the playoffs of ESL Challenger Katowice 2024, the loser will leave the tournament.
Another Ukrainian organization B8 today beat the Turkish team Eternal Fire (Dust II – 13:11) and lost to the Portuguese team SAW (Inferno – 10:13). Tomorrow B8 will play the winner of the Eternal Fire – Team Falcons match in a duel for reaching the playoffs.
ESL Challenger Katowice 2024 takes place in Poland on October 25-27. Eight teams will compete for a prize pool of $100 thousand and a ticket to ESL Pro League Season 21.
