Russian swimmer Andrei Minakov said he is experiencing strong emotions after returning to international competitions.
The Russian performed in neutral status at the World Cup in Incheon, South Korea.
“I can say with certainty that it was unforgettable.” I am very happy to return to the international scene!
As I said before, it was just a passing start: qualifying for the World Championships in December, which was successfully achieved.
There is a lot of work to be done and, most importantly, it is the light that burns in the heart of every athlete who strives to win,” Minakov wrote on the Telegram channel.
Minakov is 22 years old, a two-time silver medalist at the 2019 World Championships and also has a bronze medal at the World Championships.
