Figure skater Sofia Akatieva included in the preliminary composition of the third stage of the Russian Grand Prix in Krasnoyarsk, as follows from the application form on the website of the Russian Figure Skating Federation.

Akatieva had previously been diagnosed with a stress fracture. In September, the 17-year-old figure skater performed an exhibition performance at the Moscow Sports Cup.
