Yaremchuk is in the Olympiacos reserve for the Europa League home match against Rangers

The fight in Piraeus will begin at 19:45 Kyiv time

Ukrainian forward Roman Yaremchuk will start in reserve Olympiacos home match against Rangers in the 4th round Europa League.

For the 28-year-old football player, this situation is already familiar. In the first round of the LE against Lyon, he played from the first minutes, but within an hour he did not show anything worthy, and his team lost with a score of 0:2. In the following matches, against Braga (3:0) and Malmo (1:0), Roman sat in the reserves, not getting a chance from Jose Luis Mendilibar.

On October 27, Yaremchuk started for the first time in the Greek Super League – 56 minutes away against Asteras (0:1). In the next round, against Panserraikos (2:1), the Ukrainian did not appear on the field. In total, this season Roman took part in 8 matches (206 minutes), scored one goal – back in August he scored a goal against Kallithea (2:1) in the championship.

After three rounds, the Greek and Scottish giants have 6 points each and are neighbors in the table, occupying 11-12th places (the team from Glasgow has a slightly better goal difference). The match between Olympiacos and Rangers starts at 19:45 Kyiv time.
