The Ukrainian reigning European champion has no equal in speed competitions.
Ukrainian Daniil Boldyrev won the gold medal in speed climbing at the 2022 European Multisport Championships in Munich.
The Ukrainian two-time world champion and the reigning European champion in the semifinals defeated the Frenchman Guillaume Moreau, and in the final was faster than the Pole Marcin Dzensky.
Boldyrev previously won the European Championship in 2020. He also has three silver (2015, 2017 and 2019) and bronze (2013) continental championships.
In addition, the Ukrainian climber won the world championships twice (2014, 2021).
