The Ukrainian U-21 national team received an invitation to participate in the tournament in Saudi Arabia
Delegation Ukrainian Football Association led by the president Andrey Shevchenko made a working trip to discuss new areas of cooperation with Saudi Football Federation.
During the meeting with the leadership of the federation, representatives of the UAF got acquainted with the country’s educational projects in the field of football education and the system for the development of youth and women’s football.
The key result of the visit was the signing of a memorandum of understanding involving the exchange of experience between the two countries. As part of the cooperation, it is also planned to organize matches between national teams and friendly matches of women’s teams.
In addition, the Ukrainian U-21 team received an invitation to take part in a prestigious tournament in Saudi Arabia, which will provide an opportunity to gain experience in competitions with leading teams in the Asian region.
