The 18-year-old French defender moved to Manchester United from Lille in the summer for 62 million euros
Defender Manchester United Leni Yoro stated that he was close to returning to the game and making his debut for the club.
“Every time I come to the stadium to watch matches, I just want to be on the field.”
“My return? It’s coming. I want to be on the pitch with the boys and fight for Manchester United.”
Let us recall that Leni Yoro moved to Manchester United from Lille in the summer transfer window for 62 million euros.
The 18-year-old Frenchman has yet to make his debut for the Red Devils. In July, Leni suffered a foot injury in a pre-season friendly match against Arsenal (1:2). In early August, the player successfully underwent surgery.
This week it was reported that Yoro has returned to training with the general group.
Manchester United will play their next match tomorrow, November 10, against Mikhail Mudrik’s Chelsea.
