The third stage of the Russian Grand Prix began on Saturday in Krasnoyarsk. Ugozhaev scored 103.54 points and took first place after the short program. Second – Pyotr Gumennik (99.44), third – Dmitry Aliev (94.52).
– Very happy. I like this place, for me it may be a happy arena. It turned out that everything I had in mind came true. After the last step, I drew conclusions, focused on myself and distanced myself from everything else. It seems like I didn’t give 100%, but I can do even better.
— Are you ready to skate the free program with only quadruple jumps?
— Not much at the moment, we need to deploy our content. Someday in the future, maybe I will.
— You’re skating to Linkin Park, will it be comfortable if everyone sings?
– Probably yes, it charges even more. I also sing a little in my head,” reports the correspondent.
