Lunin is the first Real Madrid goalkeeper to provide an assist in a Li League match in the 21st century

The Ukrainian gave an assist in the match with Osasuna

Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrey Lunin became the first goalkeeper Real Madridwho provided an assist in the match La Liga in the 21st century.

This is also the second time in the current Spanish Championship that the goalkeeper has provided an assist. Villarreal goalkeeper Diego Conde gave an assist in the match with Atlético Madrid (2:2) in the first round of Examples.

Let us remind you that in the second half of the match with Osasuna, Lunin intercepted the ball in his own penalty area and passed a long pass to Vinicius. The Brazilian ran away from the defender, went one on one with the goalkeeper and hit the goal.

Lunin played five matches for Real in all competitions of the season. The Ukrainian conceded 8 goals in them and played two games to zero.
