Belarusian biathlete Anna Sola became the winner of the 5 km cross-country race at the KhMAO-Yugra open championship in Khanty-Mansiysk.
Sola showed a result of 12 minutes 35.5 seconds. Took second place Arina Kalicheva (+8.3 seconds), third – Elizabeth Maslakova (+16.5).
Biathlete Natalia Shevchenko became fifth (+18.0), Irina Kazakevich finished sixth (+20.5).
Among the men, he won the 10 km cross-country ski race Andrey Melnichenko — 22.24.7. In second place is Denis Spitsov (+0.6 seconds), third – Sergei Ustyugov (+10.6).
The first stage of the Alfa-Bank Commonwealth Biathlon Cup will take place in Khanty-Mansiysk from November 22 to 24. The first stage of the Russian Cross-Country Skiing Cup will take place in Vershina Teya from November 23 to 26.
