In the first match of the third round European Handball Cup Lvovskaya Galician confidently beat Azerbaijani Karabakh.
The Galician advantage after the first half of the game was four goals (14:10). After a pause, the Ukrainians significantly increased their lead over Karabakh and calmly brought the match to victory – 33:20.
The return match will take place tomorrow, November 17. The game starts at 10:00 Kyiv time.
Let us remind you that in the second round the Galician also met with the Azerbaijani club – then in a two-game confrontation she left no chance for Azeryol (36:22 and 32:16).
The winner of this confrontation will advance to the first stage of the main draw – the 1/8 finals, which will take place in 2025.
