Besedin and Plastun left the Kazakh Ordabasy

Ordabasy finished the season in fourth place in the Kazakhstan championship, without making it into the European Cup zone

Attack Artem Besedin and defender Igor Plastun left Kazakhstan Ordabasy.

28-year-old Besedin has played for Ordabasy since 2023, having transferred as a free agent from Dynamo Kyiv. This season, the forward played 22 matches for the club in all tournaments, scoring 4 goals.

34-year-old Plastun moved to the Kazakh club before the start of the 2024 season, also as a free agent from Ludogorets. The defender played 32 matches for Ordabasy in all tournaments, scoring 3 goals.

Let us remind you that both Besedin and Plastun have experience playing for the Ukrainian national team. The striker has 19 matches and 2 goals scored, as well as participation in Euro 2020, where Besedin received a serious knee injury in the 1/8 finals game against Sweden (2:1). Plastun has 5 matches in the national team jersey.

Ordabasy’s colors are defended by another Ukrainian player – ex-Dynamo midfielder Evgeniy Makarenko.

Ordabasy himself finished the season in fourth place in the Kazakhstan championship standings, without making it into the European Cup zone.
