“Now the provisions that banned athletes from sports clubs CSKA, Dynamo and the Russian National Guard from participating in international competitions have already been removed,” Salnikov told .
At the same time, the new version of the regulation dated November 18 includes a new wording: “The absence of voluntary contractual relations with national security services or military organizations, ministries of a country in a state of conflict (contractual relations with sports clubs are excluded, military or police budgets).
