At the end of the opening quarter, Ukraine had a three-point lead, and before leaving for the long break it was reduced to a minimum of one point.
The third quarter became the key in the confrontation. The Ukrainian national team lost it outright – Israel managed to make a very good breakthrough, and with it a margin of safety before the final segment of the game.
In the last quarter, the Israelis confidently brought the matter to a victorious end, achieving their second victory in qualifying. The most productive player for Ukraine in today’s match was Artem Pustovoy, who scored 23 points and 5 rebounds.

The Ukrainian team will also play its next match against Israel. This game will take place on November 25 and will again take place in Riga.
