Figure skater Alexander Galliamov told how their argument with Vladislav Dikidzhi over a jump in five turns ended.
Earlier, Gallyamov said that Dikidzhi bet with him that he would make a quadruple jump by the end of the summer. In March, Dikiji posted a video of a training session on his Telegram channel, in which he cleanly performs an axel of 4.5 turns.
—And the argument with Dikiji?
— We had an argument at the end of the team tournament. We discussed with Vlad that the quadruple jump is very difficult. If you jump too quickly, the skate will not hold because of the ribs; if it is too weak, it is difficult to tighten. Why get hurt? Vlad is handsome, he still took first place, won the competition without a five. Next time, we will bet on his new BMW (laughs),” reports the correspondent.
