World record holder Evgenia Chikunova won gold in the 100 meter breaststroke at the Russian Short Course Swimming Championships in St. Petersburg.
In the final race, Chikunova clocked 1 minute 4.07 seconds. The three-time Olympic medalist finished second Yulia Efimova (1.05.28), the leading trio was closed by Ralina Gilyazova (1.05.84).
The tournament in St. Petersburg will end on November 26.
