Mark Gritsenko became the first in the 10-meter platform diving
Ukrainian athlete Mark Gritsenko won gold at 2024 World Junior Diving Championships.
Gritsenko became the first in the 10-meter platform jumping (age category 14-15 years).
This medal was Ukraine’s third at the World Championships. Let us remind you that earlier the blue-yellows won bronze in the mixed team competition. The Ukrainian team was represented by Kirill Azarov, Ksenia Bochek, Sofia Vystavkina and Mark Gritsenko. The Ukrainians scored a total of 329.40 points.
Ksenia Bochek also won bronze in the 1m springboard jump among girls (category 14-15 years old).
The 2024 World Junior Diving Championships are taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The competition will last until December 1st.
