Ukrainian skaters won two golds and one bronze at the Bosphorus Cup tournament in Turkey

Kurtsev and the pair Pidgainaya – Koval became the best in junior competitions, and Larson and Kapran showed the third result among adult dance duets

Ukrainian athletes won three medals (two of them are of the highest standard) at the international tournament figure skating Bosphorus Cuptaking place in Istanbul (Türkiye).

Egor Kurtsev became the winner of single performances among juniors; there were no equals among junior dance duets Irina Pidgaina And Artem KovalA Zoe Larson paired with Andrey Kapran became bronze medalists in adult competitions.

14-year-old Kharkov resident Kurtsev won a landslide victory in his category, scoring a total of 180.53 points.

Pidgainaya and Koval with a score of 159.98 were more than 10 points ahead of their closest competitors. Let us remember that in September, Irina and Artem won silver medals at the fourth stage of the junior Grand Prix series in figure skating, which took place in Ankara. After that, in October, Pidgainaya and Koval became triumphant at the sixth stage in Slovenian Ljubljana, showing their best result of the season and ahead of the aforementioned Fradzhi and Furno.

Subsequently, the Ukrainian tandem won the Budapest Trophy international tournament in the junior category in ice dancing, guaranteeing itself participation in the finals of the Grand Prix series, which will be held on December 5-8 in Grenoble (France). In November, the same duo became the silver medalist of the Pavel Roman international ice dancing tournament, which was held in Olomouc, Czech Republic.

Finally, Larson and Kapran captured their second award of the season. They showed the third result in the rhythm dance and the second result in the free program. The total result of 173.94 points allowed Zoya and Andrey to take the final third place.
