Tsygankov will miss three weeks due to an adductor muscle injury

Another injury to the Ukrainian put him out of action until the end of 2024

Ukrainian midfielder Girona Victor Tsygankov I ended up in the infirmary again.

The winger was diagnosed with an adductor muscle injury. Tsygankov will miss the next three weeks: thus, the Ukrainian will no longer play in 2024.

Earlier, the head coach of the White-Reds, Michel, said that the Ukrainian had problems with his ankle. Because of this, Victor missed the last La Liga match with Villarreal (2:2).

Since the beginning of October, Tsygankov has been in the hospital due to damage to the tendon of the biceps femoris muscle of his left leg. Only recently did Victor return to action, playing against Espanyol (4:1) and Sturm (0:1).

This season, Tsygankov has played eight matches for Girona in all competitions. The Ukrainian has one goal and one assist.

Girona is in eighth place in the standings with 22 points. Ahead of Michel’s team are matches with Logrones in the Copa del Rey, Real Madrid and Liverpool in the Champions League. Girona will end the calendar year with games against Mallorca and Valladolid.
