In one of those starts, BMX freestyle World Cup stage winner Irek Rizaev came out neutral.
– Our athletes can participate in the stages of the World Cup in neutral status. I think in the near future we will have an additional resource and we can apply in the format approved by the international federation. We are currently working on ways to do this. The UCI did not prevent us from participating in the World Cup stages – neither in flight BMX nor in freestyle BMX, Kostyukov told .
