Ukrainian became the third in the canoe singles competition
Ukrainian athlete Ludmila Babak won bronze in rowing European Multisport Championship 2022which takes place in Munich.
The Ukrainian became the third in the single canoe competition at a distance of 5000 meters. Babak lost to Spaniard Maria Korbera and German Annika Loska in the final race.
In total, blue-yellows got 8 sets of awards in rowing competitions. Today, Mykola Sinyuk won the silver medal in the 200m single kayak, and Marina Mazhula finished third in the same distance, but in the women’s tournament.
Three more awards in Munich were won by Lyudmila Luzan – two silver medals in a single canoe at distances of 200 and 500 meters, and also paired with Anastasia Chetverikova – gold in a double canoe.
