It is alleged that the decision was made in relation to the Hungarian Gymnastics Federation’s request.

“From the start, we knew that gymnasts from Russia and Belarus were now prohibited from participating in a tournament under the auspices of the FIG, so we invited them to our usual international club tournament. But then we received a letter of our gymnastics federation indicating that the national teams of Russia and Belarus can no longer participate in any competition,” the organizing committee said.

The tournament will take place from August 28 to 29.
