Egis Klimas chose the works of the Ukrainian boxer.
Egis Klimas, manager of the former world champion in three weight categories, Vasily Lomachenko, spoke about the Ukrainian’s upcoming fight with Jemaine Ortiz.
According to the functionary, Vasily was not looking for an easy way out of his division.
“Lomachenko agreed to a tough fight. That’s why we love these guys – Loma and Usyk. We’re not looking for an easy way out. We want good, competitive fights that won’t bore the fans.”

Klimas also shared his opinion about Lomachenko’s possible fights.
“The fight against Haney will definitely not be easy. Devin is one of the best in the lightweight division. There are very few fighters like Haney, Gervonta Davis, Ryan Garcia.
The match with Davis was also very good. It’s probably best for Lomachenko to unify all the titles and then take over the Tank. It will be great. It will be a megafight, a big fight,” Klimas said in an interview with the ESNEWS YouTube channel.
It was previously known when Lomachenko could fight for the full championship.
