Water polo player Sergei Lisunov was recognized as the best player of the Spartakiad of the strongest, which ended in Moscow.
Lisunov played in the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan, which defeated the Moscow team in the final.
– Positive impressions, a cool tournament, in the current conditions, any competitive practice is very important to us. Before the start of the Russian championship, it is such a good showdown, Lisunov told .
– Wasn’t it difficult to prepare for this debut, knowing that there was still a whole season to come?
– Just for fun. We have prepared in advance for this Spartakiad. We are not yet in optimal shape, of course, but nevertheless, the main thing is that there is a result.
– Do you continue to be called up to the national team? Do not refuse to play for the national team?
– The coach organized training camps, attracted more youngsters to these training events, but I heard that a training camp was planned in Kislovodsk. It is still difficult to say what will happen next, but, of course, the work must continue, we must come together, train, develop tactics.
