Krivbass coach Dmitry Kara-Mustafa commented on the defeat of his team by miner in the match of the 2nd round of the UPL (0:1). The coach of the Krivoy Rog club emphasized that his wards looked worthy in the confrontation with the national champion.

Although Shakhtar had two or three dangerous chances, we also tried to play football, not fight back, although we could sit lower, “put the bus down” and take the points away. We are trying to develop, I think we looked decent in this game.”
“Why was one of the strikers replaced in the second half? They changed it because there were ten of us left. Initially, they were supposed to change another player, but Opanasenko got injured.
“We went out to play with two forwards because they cling to the ball well, and this would allow us to quickly move from defense to attack.
