110-meter hurdles world champion Sergey Shubenkov shared his plans for the near future in a conversation with reporters.
On Sunday, Shubenkov won the All-Russian Spartakiad of the Strongest with a score of 13.30 seconds.
– Now let’s rest, heal, and next season we will see what the international situation will allow us to do. If she allows it, we will be ready. But I will skip the winter season by tradition. I’m going to rest, I’m going to heal so that my “paws” don’t hurt. Gain weight, lose weight – and get back to the track, – Shubenkov told reporters.
