Earlier it became known that since the beginning of the year, 19 skaters have applied to the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) to change their nationality.
They don’t have competitions because they don’t take the top spots. They take places from where they do not go to the European Championships and World Championships, or even do not go to the Russian Championship at all. They themselves decide to have a chance to participate in these competitions by changing nationality. It has nothing to do with us being suspended from competition. It’s always been that way, every year. You haven’t even heard those names,” Tarasova told the championship.
