Ukrainian women took fourth place in Division A
Women’s national team of Ukraine won in beach soccer Portugal in the fifth round of Division A Euroleague 2022 – 3:2.
The start of the match was unsuccessful – the opponents scored in the 1st minute of the match. Before the first break, the Ukrainians failed to score.
At the start of the second period, Ukraine equalized the score thanks to the efforts of Miroslava Vypasnyak. However, Portugal took the lead again after 6 minutes.
Anastasia Klipachenko equalized for the second time in the final period. And four minutes before the end of the fight, Vypasnyak scored a brace and brought victory to Ukraine.
Yuriy Klymenko’s wards have taken the fourth place in Division A and are now waiting for the result of the match between England and Spain. If the Spaniards win, our team will advance to the Euroleague 2022 semi-finals. If England wins, the Ukrainians will play play-offs with the Czech Republic for a ticket to the European Games.
Recall that earlier the men’s and women’s teams of Ukraine won tickets to the World Beach Games-2023, which will be held from August 6 to 12 in Bali, Indonesia.
