Three-time Olympic champion Irina Rodnina has already responded to this information, assuring that there is no need to worry about athletes who are not leaders of Russian figure skating.
– I think there is nothing to worry about, since there is no leader on this list. The first thing to talk about is parental anxiety. On the other hand, for many skaters it’s an opportunity to break into major competitions, Rodnina said candidly.
