Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Figure skating coach Igor Shpilband spoke about working with figure skaters Diana Davis and Gleb Smolkin and who advocated ending cooperation with them.

“We parted nicely. I think I couldn’t have done better the job I did with them. I think they are grateful for our common path. I am very happy that Gleb and Diana have had couple place, and I wish them further development, “- said Shpilband.

Asked by a journalist on whose initiative the cooperation was interrupted, Igor replied: “The initiative was not mine.”

Davis and Smolkin are currently training in the United States with Elena Novak and Alexei Kilyakov.
