– I used to have a global goal in the form of the Olympics. Now I have time to heal old wounds. That’s what I do, recover. Very soon I will start training on the ice. The goal at the moment is to restore the body so that it is ready for new loads,” Shcherbakova said at the Sport EXPO forum in Luzhniki.
Shcherbakova became the champion of the 2022 Olympics in Beijing. In addition, the skater is a world champion and a double silver medalist of the European Championships.
