Poltava team scored the first point of the season
Vorskla tied with Alexandria in the match of the 4th round Ukrainian Premier League.
In the 8th minute of the meeting, Valeriy Bondarenko put Oleksandriya ahead, but the defender’s goal was canceled after watching a video replay.
In the middle of the second half, Vorskla could have taken the lead, but the ball hit the crossbar after Vasily Kravets’ free-kick. In the first half, the newcomer of the Poltava team hit the post.
Until the end of the match, none of the teams managed to score the winning goal. As a result, a draw 0:0.
Note that the broadcast of the match on the channel Setanta Sports + was interrupted in the first half due to problems with the power supply at the stadium. The fight took place at the Minai Arena.
Vorskla scored the first point in the current UPL draw, but remains in last place in the standings. Alexandria is in seventh position with seven points.
