Our team continues its successful performance in the city of Caxias do Sul in Brazil.
The Ukrainian team continues to win awards at Deaflympiad-2021. On the third day of the competition, our team’s coffers were filled with 13 medals simultaneously, of which seven were gold, three were silver and three were bronze medals.
Thus, Ukrainians continue to confidently lead the medal standings in sporting competitions for the hearing impaired, having already won 38 awards: 19 gold, 6 silver and 13 bronze. The competition will continue until May 15th.
All medals of Ukraine for the third day of Deaflympiad-2021:
Gold: karate – team kumite (men), team kata (women), judo – Ekaterina Shepelyuk (up to 63 kg), Luka Netyaga (up to 90 kg), cycling – Elisaveta Topchanyuk (separate start), swimming – relay race 4×100 individual swim, Ilya Sultanov (100m freestyle).
Silver: judo – Marina Pogorelova (up to 70 kg), Vladimir Maklakov (up to 100 kg), swimming – Irina Tereshchenko (200 m breaststroke).
Bronze: karate – team kumite (women), judo – Maria Bala (up to 78 kg), Oksana Kravchenko (over 100 kg).
