Not so long ago it became known that Russian figure skaters Diana Davis and Gleb Smolkin, performing in ice dancing, will perform at the Challenge Cup tournament in the United States. Earlier it was reported that Davis and Smolkin have become representatives of the US Figure Skating Association. Challenge Cup organizers have revealed whether Davis and Smolkin must be US citizens to participate in the tournament.
“Competitors may be representatives of another country, but must also be members of the US Figure Skating Association,” TASS quotes Challenge Cup organizers as saying.
