Both gold medals are in the assets of our para-oarsmen
Ukrainian national team rowing won two medals on the last day World Cup 2022 in Czech Racice.
The second gold at the 2022 World Cup for Ukraine was won by two-time Paralympic champion Roman Polyansky, who won the men’s singles competition.
The last championship medal for our team was won by Anna Sheremet. She finished third in the women’s singles.
Recall that rowers Svetlana Boguslavskaya and Yaroslav Koyuda brought gold to Ukraine at the 2022 World Championships in rowing. Athletes won the mixed doubles competition.
In total, at the 2022 World Championships, the Ukrainian team won seven medals, six of which were brought by Paralympians: two gold and five bronze.
