“The age of an athlete is short. To achieve the dream of going to the Olympics, you have to spend years. Athletes are not to blame for what is happening now. I will not blame anyone,” said Fetisov.
The majority of Russian multisport athletes are currently banned from international competition, as recommended by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
